Mr. Young is the CEO and founder of Young Management Group, LLC a holding group with the principle purpose of acquiring undervalued assets. YMG's goal is to position itself as a premiere small-middle market management company by providing its stakeholders above average returns and the management team of the acquired company the opportunity to participate in the strategic direction of YMG. The company's first acquisition was in December of 2002 with the purchase of Accuracy Glass in Atlanta, GA.
James has over 15 years of corporate finance and strategic planning experience. Prior to creating the Young Management Group, LLC, James was Controller for Cinnabon, a division of AFC Enterprises (America's Favorite Chicken). James has also held various corporate finance / strategic planning positions with companies such as Quaker Oats, Pepsi, and First National Bank of Chicago.
